Came quickly with all the parts. Seems great thus far.

All round happy with my jump flex and customer service is good. Like anything it’s all good when it’s new lest see how things go as it ages. Hopefully they honour the warranty.

Product shipped quickly and they were very responsive with an error I made with our shipping address.

Customer service was great when we had to change delivery addresses. Grandson is loving his Flexboard!

The trampoline is perfect, the slide too, but it is not equal on the sides, it has a curve and there is a space between the two pieces
