The shipping was fast and I found their website very easy to navigate. The trampoline was a lot quicker to put together than I thought it would be and the directions were easy to follow. The grandchildren loved it, definitely kept them busy.

We love our trampoline!! Setting it up was pretty easy, definitely a 2 person job. The kids are having a blast, we purchased the sprinkler and basketball net. Worth every penny!!
