So far we are really pleased with our Jumpflex trampoline! Delivery was prompt and assembly was straight-forward and fairly quick - less than 3 hours with 2 adults. Quality seems excellent and we love that it has a ladder for entry. Our 10 and 12 year old love it!

Changed my order a couple days after ordering and they accommodated my request with no problems. Trampoline went together nicely, and we are enjoying it thoroughly. Decent bounce as well.

Very pleased with my purchase. Product arrived on two separate dates which was a bit confusing but otherwise OK. Definitely can't be put together in 20 mins by one person but overall the instructions were pretty good and fairly idiot proof. Happy with the trampoline so far.
