Website made it easy to pick relevant toys for specific ages. Great customer service on follow up query that I had.

There was an issue with the order but the manner in which it was handled was excellent. From a consumers perspective, we should allow for an occasional error, but it is the manner in which the problem is dealt with that leaves a lasting impression. Sharon and the team acknowledged the mistake and rectified it straight away. Will we definitely buy from Jiminy again.

Everything was great except the gift wrapping had torn in a couple of places. Some packaging to prevent the books from moving would be no harm if gift wrapped. Otherwise very happy with service. Thanks

A lovely selection of toys and some unusual ones too. I ordered some toys for Christmas. The box they were packed in was quite flimsy and collapsed so that when I received them the box was open on one side. While nothing was missing thankfully, some packaging was crushed and damaged and the contents were also plainly visible so had to be hidden immediately. But fast delivery and a lovely selection of products.
