Unfortunately the arm on the penguin we bought unravelled within 30 minutes of the gift being received by our granddaughter. She was devastated and we were quite annoyed. It wasn’t as if she had treated it roughly in that time. Had our granddaughter not become so attached to the penguin within that time, I would have returned it. I have stitched it up and hope that none of the other seams unravel. Needless to say it was a very disappointing experience.
