After the initial purchase (which admittedly takes longer as they do more rigorous checks to make sure the transaction is not fraudulent), the subsequent transactions have very quick email delivery times (within a few minutes). The two times I needed to write to customer service, they all responded in less than 24 hours. Very impressed with the customer service in both occasions.

The customer service was very helpful and very fast. I like getting my code via email which is easier to find. The first time use security is a bit annoying asking for my name and address from the credit card if I’m using a relative’s credit card, whose name doesn’t link up with my account, so I can’t get my purchase through. But it’s reasonable since you are jsut tiring to prevent people using stolen credit cards, so I’m not too annoyed. Overall, I really liked the service provided and will probably buy codes from you guys again.
