Terrible services. It has been roughly a week since my initial contact and my problem has yet to be solved. Furthermore, all my attempts to establish a line of communication in order to receive updates on the matter were met with silence.

Terrible, the items I purchased never arrived on time on multiple occasions. Response time when dealing with any issues is bad.

Got a reply saying that the purchase has been refunded. Several days later, nothing.
