At first I was a bit frustrated I had to provide a personal document for verification of my order, since it was the middle of the night for me at the time and I had just completed an order right before that. However the support I received during and even after the process was very good, for which I am grateful. Also, I don't know where exactly you are located, but I got a reply fast which was really nice.
