Great, solved the problem

I was a bit hesitant so tell them my issue but I had a problem with my iTunes account regarding in-app purchases, I know this wasn't in their problem and it would be better for me to contact Apple instead. But I told them anyway, and they gladly helped me with it and even refunded my item in full. Very nice customer support, easy to talk with and replies fast, does the job right, very accommodating. 5/5 stars :)
