While the package sat at the facility for 4-5 days before being handed over to the shipping carrier, they stayed in contact with me via email the whole wait time. Took a few weeks to get my package, but it eventually came. One big issue is while yes it was delivered within the advertised window for $25 expedited shipping, it still irked me that it sat at their facility for nearly a week before it was even shipped.

Good customer service but shipping takes awhile

Decent service. I ordered 2 products because of shipping being so high. 1 of the products came damaged & I asked for a refund or to exchange. They granted the refund which was cool, hence the 3 stars however I still had to eat the full shipping which was double the item. I didn’t ask for shipping back because I forgot how expensive it was, I reviewed my invoice and noticed it was extreme! At any rate I would be much more satisfied and would have already ordered again if I got back the refund, like 5$ US, and they offered free shipping on my next order.

Shipping was a little slow I forgot I ordered this product but it came from china about 2-3 weeks
