Prearranged collection from the door was perfect. The service I received was excellent. Always pleased with Moulin Roty items the Large Doll -Anemone and Bug Hotel were great gifts. However, I was more than a little disappointed with the projector torch. I had not realised just how small the item was. And it is not possible for even a dexterous 4 year old to use without considerable help due to fiddly insertion of the image wheel then to get the image to appear it has to be manually focused for the correct distance from the wall. The images it produces are small and not really engaging. The description says batteries are included, which is true but please be aware that they are button batteries so extra care around children will be need when unscrewing item and changing batteries. I did not give the torch to the intended child so it was a wasted purchase. All that being said my poor purchase would not stop me using 'Little Tiger Gifts' they are an excellent small business and their products have always been 1st rate.
