First my product was damaged
First my product was damaged on shipping which isn’t necessarily the company’s fault. However, only half the items were shipped to me. Asked to have the missing items to be sent only to find out again not all items were sent. I then was told by customer service that I need to make sure everything was there or I will be charged shipping cost if anything else was missing. I find it ridiculous that I spent as much as I did on a product and still have issues with receiving all the items that I purchased.
