I was concerned about my full order being delivered because I had only received one part of it. When I reached out to customer service I received a response right away letting me know that they were looking into where the rest of my package was. The emails were professional and coherent (something that I rarely see from customer service today). I did receive my entire order and everything was delivered so quickly (especially during the holiday season). I will definitely be doing business with ExHobby again.
