Have bought several things over the years and always pleased with the quality of products and the quick service ordering online.

Could not be happier with the brackets, they were lifesavers and a breeze to put it together...first class customer service very polite and knowledgeable!

We purchased the "Easy 1-2-3 A-Frame Swing Set Bracket Kit" to build a swing set for our daughters 4th birthday. The instructions were very straight forward, and the video on the Eastern Jungle Gym website were very helpful. Once assembled, you can immediately tell that the brackets are well built and sturdy. The only minor complaint I have is that the lag screws are 1/2", and while they do bundle a nice wrench with the kit, in order to speed up the assembly process, I decided to go buy a 1/2" hex socket as of course I only had a 5/8" in my garage. That said, would highly recommend this to anyone that's looking for a well made, good value kit for a swing set, and we will likely purchase more from Eastern in the future.
