I am very pleased with my purchase. I called Eastern and bought all the hardware needed to build the Classic swingset over the phone. Eastern's Customer Service was prompt and great. Their flagship brackets were as easy to install as they had advertised, and my kids were out playing on the world's most solid swingset in just a couple of hours. I already am thinking of ways to build off of it with other great additions from Eastern. I want my kids to have great memories, and I appreciate that Eastern has that in mind for my kids too and has partnered with me in that.
