Great product, easy installation, quick delivery

We bought the classic kit (minus the lumber) for the Grand kids, opted not to use the monkey bars and bought the optional horse gilder. I had contacted customer service several times by email on how I should proceed as I was using my own lumber. One of the best customer services experiences in a long time. Very prompt and informative. Now for the actual quality of the kit we purchased. The whole set was top notch. I have mounted all the hardware for the swings and glider, also the swing bar brackets. Just waiting for better weather to take it all outside and secure the legs. I had the good fortune of someone milling all my lumber, so it was pretty easy to install the brackets, I would check your lumber to make sure it is properly sized. Definitely recommend Eastern Jungle Gym.
