i never recieved my order.

Item ordered on 19th Dec and still not received. Had to lodge a PayPal claim to get money back.

I had to chase several times before the additional item was delivered. All ordered in time for Christmas. No delivered till 8th jan

I never received my order, I emailed the support email and have received no reply. I would like to give 0 stars but that’s not possible. If someone could reply to my enquiry about where my order is that would be great.

Missing an item out of my order. Emailed the company yet heard nothing back.
