Despite being such a beautiful DB / NS ICE 3 train, Arnold didn’t do it right! The white painting is peeling off, and I can’t believe they told me this is a new product. The train package has already been opened by the last customer, so they should have sold it as a second-hand (used) product, not a new one! It can be a scam if the product has been used, but they still sell it as a new one. It’s hard to imagine what’s happening with their quality control and product management teams. This train will constantly derail due to the poor design of its needle couplers. It’s very inconvenient and problematic when you try to couple each carriage. Also, the front and rear carriages' windows aren’t transparent, making them look less realistic. They’re kinda like cheap children's toys that don’t match their high prices.

Nie wieder

Leider wurde eine defekte Lok geliefert, der Kundendienst wollte zunächst mir erklären, dass ein Ersatzteil bestellt werden muss und es ca. 4 Wochen dauert. Die nächste Frage war dann, ob ich damit einverstanden bin, nach meiner Frage ob ich denn eine Wahl hätte, kam erst einmal nichts, eine Woche später wurde mir eine Bastelanleitung geschickt, wie ich das Eiern der Räder abstellen könnte. Auf meine Frage, ob ich mit einem Entgegenkommen rechnen könnte, da ich dem Unternehmen Geld erspart habe, kam leider eine Ablehnung. Kundenbindung sieht meines Erachtens anders aus. Ich bin sehr enttäuscht.
