This was my first purchase from them. I was really skeptical because of their low prices but then I noticed that they sell on TCGplayer.com. Customer service was top notch probably the best I have ever seen. I order a variety of products some were out of stock & instead of just shipping it out they reach out, apologized and offered a solution at no extra cost. They looked over my order & noticed that I was ordering Japanese size card sleeves but had just 1 product that was standard size, asked if this was ok & when I said it was a mistake fixed it & Replaced it with the correct item. Once again at no extra cost. I don’t know who reach out about my order but I really do appreciate it & the amazing experience of doing business with a company who cares so that I wouldn’t have to go thru all the hassle after & fixed the problem from the start. Thank you.
