I made 2 separate purchase. I was disappointed with the first shipment because the parcel looked like it was opened and crushed. However the content of the products were in fair condition. The only bad thing that I saw was that it was in transit for over a week. I admired how Ben was able to respond back to my email about this parcel and was very professional about it. The second parcel that I received, it was in excellent condition. It was in transit for about 4 days time only.
