Great service thanks

All been said b4 but bears repeating. Unfailing service as ever. Even emails are reponded to promptly! (Some companies/agencies could take a few lessons from that one). Staff do wonderful job juggling demands of customers with supply of goods drip-fed from manufacturer on the opposite side of the continent. Can't be easy at times I'm sure but new kits very seldom if ever less than worth waiting for.

Great service, well packaged, loved the personal note . Enjoyed the catalogue. Buying gifts for birthdays etc, my grandson loves tanks, loved choosing his favourites, he does have a surprise tank for his 16 th. Great to know that there is a company out there that does these special models
