I was reassured multiple times my gift would be on time. I asked throughout the week the Indian ladies kept telling me it would be there not to worry and at one point told me I would receive in 4 hours. Gift was 3 days late so they responded fast but they didn’t tell the truth

Unbelievable I cancel because they couldn't deliver on the date I need and was informed that no one would be there on the date they was to deliver they was informed way before the business opened and they deliver red roses instead of gold what I ordered and they put in a box taped up on the porch so once my mother returns home she found them on the porch dead I wish I could show the picture it was horrible I want all my money back I'm going through my bank now because they had been informed way ahead of time and they gave me what they wanted me to have after I told them I didn't want anything I just my money back I'm going to find you and take yall azz to court I WANT MY MONEY!!!

Never received the bear came too late when I prefer through the website and they didn’t fulfill my over night shipping never buying from them again

You were scheduled to deliver for an event 1/15/26, and you delivered 1/16/26. If I could give zero stars I would.
