Terrible customer service and false representation of product. I ordered and paid for a dozen green, long stem roses. What I got was a dozen pour Quality roses that were cut in half. They were also delivered after the day that I needed them. when I called to tell them of these issues, they told me there was nothing they could do about it.

Poor quality

They arrived wilted, the middle soft and the edges almost hard. Probably in a truck overnight or all day without heat. It was a shame as the color looks like it might have been pretty. Thank goodness we found a glorious pink at the grocery store.

6ft Panda arrived not as pictured and no longer than 4. 5 feet even when measured lying flat at full length

I didn’t receive all the flowers I paid for and there customer service was horrible because they didn’t even try to help solved the problem
