Customer service replies once a week, still issue not resolved

Not good

I ordered delivery for the next day. The flowers were not freshly cut, they were all rotten and moldy! I wrote to the customer service and it's been a month and not a word from them! Very disappointed

Were is my full refund. You guys are crooks
