Wouldn't buy flowers here again

Dear Boo Bear Factory! I am writing to express my disappointment with the flower order I received. I was genuinely excited about this purchase, as I intended to gift these flowers for a graduation celebration. However, upon unboxing, I was disheartened to find that the flowers did not resemble the photos at all and were in poor condition. Regrettably, due to the timing, I am unable to present these flowers as a gift. Instead, I will have to resort to putting money in a card, which is not the sentiment I wished to convey. I hope that you can look into this matter, as it is important for future customers to receive the quality they expect. Thank you for your attention to this issue. Disappointed! Jen

I ordered flowers for both of my daughters for Valentine's Day. One bouquet arrived late, both sets of flowers arrived in such bad shape - droopy, falling apart, damaged - that few stems were even salvageable. I have reached out to the company numerous times and even involved the Better Business Bureau but they will not respond or make it right. Do not waste your time and money!

My roses came late. My bear came almost 2 weeks late. The beara hole in the arm. I paid $45 extra for guaranteed valentine's day delivery. I have contacted customer service 4 times and no response. I don't recommend this company at all.
