my kid loves this go-kart!! great customer service!!!!!!!!

The product arrived within 5 days after ordering (very quick). My daughter and I play with it almost everyday. It’s a toy that both of us have fun playing with so neither of us get bored. I like that it has variable speeds so as she gets bigger, I am able to adjust the speed from a single click on the remote. I’ll likely purchase another car in the future. I’m 100% satisfied with my purchase.

The battery life on the kart is surprisingly long. The boys had drove it for about an hour and it was still going. I haven’t timed to complete drain but it’s impressive. It also can really get up there in speed. Perfect for my boys. I appreciate there is a high and low speed. I had a minor issue when I purchased it, the pedal broke off. As soon as I reach out to big toys direct they addressed and shipped off a new one same day. I didn’t expect such surprise customer service.
