We received our product(we bought the upgraded, expensive Denali)and I had some questions so I emailed and they called me right away to answer them! A couple stickers fell off and I called to ask if they could send some replacement stickers and they gladly shipped me more stickers! They are super nice and it truly pays to have great customer service! We will definitely recommend this company to everyone we know!

Purchased for our granddaughter's 1st Birthday! We have got our money's worth, she loves it! We use the remote control and it is super easy to operate. Assembly was not to difficult and the instructions pretty easy to follow. Plus, it's a great looking ride!!!

Although my grandson is a little young, 20 months, he had a ball climbing in and out. Dad was easily able to drive him around. Grampie had no issues putting it together. Very sturdy.
