You arrived missing a part, I emailed big toys direct and received a phone call within 30 minutes. They were very quick to mail the part we needed and immediately sent me a tracking number. Toy runs and looks awesome. My son loves it and all of his friends are jealous. Super long battery life and much quieter than most of the ride on toys in our neighborhood due to the hybrid tires instead of plastic.
