$250 customs charge was a shock that we did not budget for.

Arbor Customer Service is great! But 4 air pumps were sent to me and two had the foot plates broken. Replacements were sent and the foot plate on one of the replacements broke during delivery. A final replacement was sent after that. Obviously, the foot plates do not seem very durable. The pump isn't bad, though.

Unsubscribing from this survey request has not been possible. I tend to not do future business with vendors who don't give me a way to opt out of surveys—especially when the survey is sent multiple times.
