Customer service seemed great initially.

Customer service seemed great initially. I got an email back quickly regarding ordering an obscure tiny part that I was missing. However, after ordering and paying for the part, I received an empty envelope. (Stamped by the post office as open and empty) I emailed them to try to get the part reshipped and never heard back. No sense in having a great selection of parts if you can't actually get what you pay for.

I didn't receive the order

I didn't receive the order because when it arrived, I already had checked out from the hotel. The Fedex tracking page tells that the person who received the items at the hotel hasn't signed and it's hard to know who has received so I could ask them to return the items to Wonder and I receive my money back. At this time, the hotel staff couldn't locate the items and I've paid for something that I will never receive.

Disappointed!

I still didn’t receive the robot. The shipping tracking number has wrong info and I have no idea when I can receive it.

Expensive toy that sits on the shelf.

We got dash first, at Christmas and we couldn't really grasp the concept of how to use him. We Adults could make him move, but he was really boring. My son spent his own money on DOT, and we were just as unimpressed, sadly. As he does nothing but light up and sounds. Way too much money for these features.

Not hassle free

I placed an order and spent $199.99. It arrived on time, but my it was intended as a Christmas gift for my daughter. We discovered another family member bought her the same one. So, I needed to return it. I couldn’t find any return information on the packing slip, website, or order sent via email. So, I tried to call three or four times, was on hold for a while each time, only to be sent to a voicemail each time. I never got a call back and ended up sentding an email. The email was returned within a couple business days with an RMA #, but the customer service rep said she declined to send me an actual return label b/c my return was considered lack of customer satisfaction. So I spent over $20 to ship it back to CA. Whatever!! These units are sold through other outlets that offer hassle free returns, but oddly the actual manufacturer here does not. Get with the times! Please not my son has a unit as well and I will NOT be buying his accessories from you! We have other family members who also have these units and I’m going to make sure they understand your return policy is ridiculous!
