A tale of Robot Christmas Gratitude: I ordered Cue with the Black Friday discounts. I ordered when I received the first email, but within a few hours I had another one in my email. And they could be combined! But, I had already placed the order with the first discount offer. I was going to get Cue at a fantastic discount, but I couldn’t find my order on the website to add the second discount. I had to reach customer service. First thing Monday morning, I would call, but wait there is an email in my inbox that Cue will be delivered today. What!? Such fast service, unheard of! Within a few hours I was able to speak to a wonderful customer service rep who gladly sent my adjustment to accounting so that I received a credit for the second discount.
