Fast shipping, excellent quality product. I only found the assembly a little tricky but maybe it was just me.

Shipping was very fast, the package was in good condition. Only a small chipped corner on the climbing triangle, but this did not seem to have happened during shipment. Also the wood was a bit chipped off around some of the screw holes. Overall a very good experience, only those few details were off.

The product was back ordered but they provided great help and it worked out because he broke his leg in the beginning of January and wouldn’t have been able to use it! We opted to wait for it to come in instead of a refund. Thanks for all your help and he loves it!
