Better?

I lost my purchase history and my wishlist. When I placed an order yesterday, my rewards points didn’t show up until after I placed the order. When I looked in the jets category, not all jets are there. Some are in the sport section. The web site didn’t recognize the password I’ve been using. I had to reset it. Not good. Don’t get me wrong. I’ve been purchasing your products for 15 years and for the most part have been satisfied.

Poor job

Had many problems navigating the new site. Pages would not load properly, had to go back to the home page to re-start many times. Same for check out. Lost my wish list. Did anyone test the website before release?

I am bias because I

I am bias because I was ok with the way it was. I do not like the new web pages. It filters more information out while trying to give user faster way to drill down. I do not like the way it works with fire tablet prematurely selecting when moving cursed over a link text which was also a problem with the old pages. Check out is an improvement.

No way to contact customer

No way to contact customer service via phone. So far, email contact is very slow and service reps don’t appear to have read my concerns.
