Better?
I lost my purchase history and my wishlist. When I placed an order yesterday, my rewards points didn’t show up until after I placed the order. When I looked in the jets category, not all jets are there. Some are in the sport section. The web site didn’t recognize the password I’ve been using. I had to reset it. Not good.
Don’t get me wrong. I’ve been purchasing your products for 15 years and for the most part have been satisfied.
