The new website is very frustrating. It opens up Giant size. It takes a lot of scrolling to se the entire page. The hover menus are frustrating. It's very hard to get to the airplanes sub menus. Both issues were not issues with the old web site. Then it opens everything in new windows so I end up having a lot of tabs to close. The product search properties needed improved and are not improved. Still very hard to find products. FMS isn't even listed as a vendor. Worst of all, no customer history was saved. This is a real disappointment. Not very customer focused.

New site layout is non-intuitive and clunky. I find several link to be empty. Finally, as before, your technical data/specifications are sorely lacking on too many products.

The old site was familiar and change, while inevitable is sometimes inconvenient. Our wish lists on the original site were very helpful since it is now very difficult to connect by phone and some product descriptions are confusing. Also, the products that are listed in the one available wish list does not even show the product number such as EFLB2S28030. So we can not tell for sure what the list item is AND there is no link back to the item to check. The site is much less convenient for me than the original site.

Too soon to tell. I knew how to navigate your old site.

Every other search comes up "OOOPS" or "PAGE NOT FOUND"!!!!
