You should provide a tutorial or summary of changes. I had to search to find where the rewards points were now located. Site is no faster and does not require less clicks. The criterion for change should be to make it more user friend,y or intuitive. It is prettier but does not meet the other criteria in my opinion.

Search requires a specific product
Search requires a specific product #, ie APC 0503EP, "3X5 pusher prop" gets nothing. Maybe that requires a huge search engine, otherwise- excellent site.

GETTING THERE
I found the site sending me back to "start", when I was trying to navigate.
Overall I like it, but like any new system, I think it will take a little time to work out some glitches.

If there is a product
If there is a product you ordered that is in back order, Horizon will not send you notification that it is being shipped or back in stock. I tried calling customer support three times and there was no answer three times. I sent an email to their customer service and never even received an email back. So I ordered the item as to not have them sell out again. Well they sent me two of them the one I had on back order and the one I ordered. No notification nothing terrible customer support; decent products though I will still order from them knowing if it is on back order just wait they will send it out.
