I found the website frustrating as it took many attempts to put items into the basket. In fact I gave up at one point and got the last item I wanted from another supplier! Once ordered the service was good and the products great.

The content is as described but for the price I would at least expect it to come in booklets rather than me having to print out pages and pages myself.

Brilliant concept, amazing content - but disappointing execution. I want glossy, professional content, not to have home print on loose pages. Please offer all content in a similar format to your amazing flip charts which live on our kitchen table! And also, the website is still a little unclear as to what is beneficial for which age groups - leaving the customer to do more work than they should have to. Really love the concept and product, but please make it easier for us to give you more of our money....!

I only rate this 1 star as yet to receive my order from hermes the delivery company you’ve used. I placed order mid December. I have separately written and asked for update on my order. I can see order is still with Hermes.
