I am obsessed with Generation Mindful! The classes, the tools - books, snuggle buddies, posters, cards , meditations everything has been GEMS ! I am a mom of 4 so I need all the support I can get when it comes to emotional regulation. Their customer service is on point! I’ve been a customer for over a yr and whenever I’ve reached out with questions or concerns I was responded right away! One time Suzanne answered me and CCed other employees on the emails - it showed me she keeps up with ALL emails All Her customers and is so passionate about emotional intelligence and teaching parents and children how to master this necessary skill!
