I always enjoy shopping with Entropy, I am a children's therapist and mostly buy for my work. This shop was for a close friend's twins who are 6 years old. I am getting in early and have bought their Christmas presents. The are bright, creative children and I know I can get strategic games for them to share as well as items for their individual interests. Another gift in this shop was for a newborn. Unfortunately the item I wanted wasn't available and one of the Elves rang me to discuss my options. In the end I decided not to go ahead with that purchase and felt supported rather than pushed into something I didn't want. Thank you Entropy! Keep up the great service! Regards, Sally.

My order was very carefully packed to prevent damage, delivery time was good and it even came with a little gift (a small notepad) that my son loved.
