My first order was damaged in transit and I received the wrong package. Now with the correct item, I am underwhelmed. My Quinn model arrived with holes and large pits in her back side from being packaged incorrectly and they haven't smoothed out after a week. Regarding the item, the holes are off both in distance from each other and also the holes angles are not conducive for use. Basically it's very nice to look at from the front end, but the models back is damaged and looks like giant acne scars, and the holes are very unusable. Very underwhelmed.
