My experience with the Erovenus Team was good. My order arrived within the promised time frame. It was well and securely packaged and I was able to track it's progress.

The shipping and production of my custom order took longer than expected but I tribute that to the holiday back order.

I was glad to receive an email quickly regarding my request for a shipping provider and where I could pick it up from. I just wish the website weren't difficult to use due to the lag and the difficulty in maneuvering tabs.
