My first order was damaged in transit and I received the wrong package. Now with the correct item, I am underwhelmed. My Quinn model arrived with holes and large pits in her back side from being packaged incorrectly and they haven't smoothed out after a week. Regarding the item, the holes are off both in distance from each other and also the holes angles are not conducive for use. Basically it's very nice to look at from the front end, but the models back is damaged and looks like giant acne scars, and the holes are very unusable. Very underwhelmed.

I purchased a Aiko first and the customer service team was helpful to assist me in upgrading my order when I decided I wanted a Savannah doll! However, the issues began when I was not provided with the shipping details for the actual love doll, only the deluxe cleaning kit. This meant that I was not able to be around when the actual doll arrived/was delivered (I also didn't know when or if the doll was arriving as I was not provided the UPS tracking). Annoyingly this meant I could not see the delivery date, reroute the delivery, or be available for the delivery of the doll which meant my housemate was the one to take in the delivery and this left me to answer questions about what mysterious large package I had had delivered that weighed 34kg. This is upsetting as it could have been avoided had the correct shipping tracking info been passed on to me for the UPS delivery from LoveNestle. The doll itself is great however! I really want to order myself an Aiko doll but I'm now extremely nervous about the whole discretion/delivery tracking situation as I do not want to have more questions from my housemate, this is making me hesitant to order an Aiko which is a shame. When you pay such a large amount, you would hope to have the tracking info. As I said though, the doll itself is something I would highly recommend. She's amazing, so lifelike, and just great to own!

Overall the dolls appearance and look is good. However the packaging, and lack of care during shipping has left my doll damaged near the top. Furthermore the foam was over sprayed and I believe that is what rubbed up against the top of the doll. It now has a few tears in silicone and keeps tearing off small pieces since it rubs up against the skeleton. The packaging also has a very bad chemical smell that has transferred to every part of the doll including a nasty goo on the m16hook. Even after washing the doll it still has a slight smell and since the box and packaging are so full of the chemical smell I don't want to store the doll in the box. I did a ton of research before buying and really wanted to like the silicone doll but the lack of care during packaging and shipping has ruined the experience. Brands like Tantaly although are TPE, they offer far better customer service, packaging, and support. Finally, for the Valentine's day sale I saw free included accessories if spending over $500 and I did not get all the accessories only the m16 hook. For $654 I was really hoping to not receive a damaged doll. Support says they will send a repair kit but I doubt it will be able to save the top of the doll.
