There were problems with the transport, which are difficult to avoid due to the weight of the product when the package is handled improperly. The team responded quickly, was always friendly and offered tips and help on how to repair the damage. So not only is the quality of the products worth all the stars, the support team also deserves recognition.

I think there's some kind of error in the site what allow me to order item exclusive to other reigon (CA ＆ US), but I do take some of the responsibility should read more carefully (guess I was too horny to think straight XD). However, the customer service was extremely helpful, and I was able to change the order to other items available to my region, which was a change I didn't regret. An amazing shopping experience overall!
