Doll arrived before expected and customer service was solid letting me know what was going through out the whole process.

Switched from TPE to Quinn, and the difference was stunning! The delivery time was about 2-3 weeks, but I believe it was only extended due to ordering around the Christmas holidays.

From beginning to end LoveNestle’s customer service was FLAWLESS. Dylan was there to guide me from the beginning and patiently answered my MANY questions that I had (being my first love doll purchase) as well as thoroughly explaining the customs process (which thankfully was very hands-off from my end) I live in Australia where there was an additional customs duty. But the team seamlessly guided me through hand continually updated me on the progress of my order without me needing to ask or follow anything up. And when I finally received my package, I was AMAZED not only in the product itself, which is incredible, but also the way it was so expertly and thoroughly (and of course discreetly) packaged! Overall I cannot fault LoveNestle in any area. I would gladly recommend them as a customer-oriented company with a quality A grade product. I’m already planning my next purchase!
