It's unfortunate to have no decor shop but it's a good experience

The service was great and timely. The product is excellent and works well. Tracking the package during transit was okay and could have been better.

The customer service was great, the delivery time was successive. The on line shopping was not clear about getting the sale price if you did any customizing.

Delivery was a bit longer than said for a ready to ship product. Honestly didn’t know something like this could pleasantly exist, amazing work.

Great product , but I received the wrong model. I ordered the bbw model and received the regular one. Also I never received the cleaning supplies I paid for.
