Doll arrived before expected and customer service was solid letting me know what was going through out the whole process.

Switched from TPE to Quinn, and the difference was stunning! The delivery time was about 2-3 weeks, but I believe it was only extended due to ordering around the Christmas holidays.

Gave answers quick and guided the waiting time through which made it more easier. Product quality is higher than I thought which is good off course :)
