I got in contact with customer support before buying a product to make sure it owuld have the properties it advertised as I wasn't sure, and they responded quickly to my mail, being extremely helpful. After the order, they sent me a confirmation email, another email when it was sent out, and another email when it went pass customs, very transparent and helpful, and it arrived in time nicely and perfectly packaged.
