The shipping of the doll itself was very fast, because it was in stock in EU already. The heads were produced after order, so it took much longer to arrive. Sadly the accessoires such as M16 hook and Doll Bag were sent with the heads, not with the torso. It made storage very hard in the 5 weeks till the package with the heads and accessoires arrived at my home. .

The shipping does take its time so patience is important they are doing their best to provide a great product. Erovenus kept in touch from beginning to end which made things go smoothly. There were no problems. I am totally satisfied that I went ahead and ordered a second doll (a different one this time) because of the wonderful experience I had with Erovenus.

Great experience throughout the process. Got the doll I wanted.
