Dreamgame

I'm happy with my product, but you should take time to make the webshop more stable. I was getting a lot of mysql errors, and had to be very careful while shopping. Also, at first, I couldn't put anything in my basket, so I had to buy it in private mode, and it's possible that your site has somehow messed up my Google login cookies.

Although the game i bought was already out of stock, my card was still charged, and I've yet to receive my money back.

Terrible. Did not receive key. Customer service not responsive.

For me it's impossible to purchase a game after the first two. I can't pay. Not by credit card, not by ideal. When I want to pay a large block of red text appears (see appendix). I was advised by the help team on facebook to change the browser (now Chrome). But Internet Explorer gave the same results and Chrome even warned me not to go any further, I wrote them back with this story. Such a shame. I recently discovered Dreamgames and was happy about it: I found several games i don't have allready. I'm a fanatically gamer. Regards, Helen The Netherlands

I got no link when I bought a game. Dreamgame is not what I expected. You pay for a game you don't get.
