With one email to them, I received a return label quickly and as soon as I emailed them to let them know I had dropped off the return package at the post office, they sent out the correct flavor even faster and I received it more quickly than usual. A customer service who acknowledges an error and corrects it quickly is not common. Mistakes happen in life, it’s how a company handles the mistake that matters.
