I understand that there will be some duds when you order several boxes at once (meaning 20+ units). But 40% duds is a little high, particularly when the manufacturer of Juucy says on its website that it will replace duds 1:1. Maybe that's not economically viable, or maybe the logistics is problematic (they are made in Shenzhen, China). But the consumer should not have to bear the brunt of the cost of duds.

Overall good company but you should make sure all vapes work properly I had two now so far that halfway through just quit working. The one I still have says %100 juice but can’t get a hit on it. I got a bad one lol

Only problem I have is trying to contact immediately after I ordered , I put wrong flavor on a few and was unable to get a response from company to change flavor order, my e mails & texts went unanswered! I did this immediately after placing order so it was not already in progress, they could have just read my message and changed it to the flavor I requested, but they didn't! Customer service end needs improvement but the product is excellent! I have been ordering for 4 years now and I am very happy with the product but not the customer service I want a phone number I can call and talk directly with a customer service representative
