Not just 5 stars, but 5 golden stars to my opinion. At first package arrived incomplete without nicotine. Although they were sure it had been shipped (and they were right), their costumer service immediately sent me a replacement and followed up on delivery. Yesterday I received a letter from the federal government about the confiscation of the nicotine from the package sent earlier. Turns out that a new legislation in Belgium (as from 16/10/2016) puts severe restrictions on what is allowed concerning the trade of electronic cigarettes, especially about the amount and concentration of nicotine in e-liquids, but also labeling and online trade. :( Luckily I am settled for quite some time now, all thanks to NicVape! So thank you NicVape! = 5 golden stars well earned!
