Wish that shipping would let you know when the item will be delivered so you could be home to sign for it. That's the only downfall to signing up for the auto ship.

Slow and disappointing customer service but I switched brands, so it all worked out. NJOY is cheaper and more durable, plus doesn’t spit nicotine juice into my mouth. Thanks!

Not sure what to think… devices drain pods while not in use or the pods leak excessively. Quality has gone down the drain.
