Great customer service and communication!

ordered a full bundle and a few spares for the holidays and took the average time of 2 weeks and was glad when they arrived and popped them in my humidors. FCC kept me posted with tracking and as always no issues coming to me sealed and almost ready to enjoy. A great company to do business with as I have for the past 6-7+ years.

You guys are my new GoTo cigar shop. I bought 1 cigar to try out the legitimacy of the site...and you guys are Great! Soon I will be ording a box, after the holidays, thx!

Sticks were delivered in a timely manner and the condition was excellent.

I did not receive my order yet !!!
